How we handle your account and visitor data. The product itself holds no personal data.

01Scope
This policy covers personal data of our customers and site visitors — not the product data, which contains no personal data (see the Data page).
02What we collect about you
Account details (name, work email, company) for customers; billing information via our payment processor; and standard, privacy-respecting analytics on site usage. Nothing more.
03What the product contains
FirstSeen product data is derived from public infrastructure sources and contains no personally identifiable information. We do not build profiles of individuals.
04Legal basis
We process customer data to perform our contract with you and on the basis of legitimate interest for security and product analytics, consistent with the GDPR.
05Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your account data. Email privacy@firstseen.io and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
06Processors
We use a small set of sub-processors (hosting, payments, email). A current list is available on request and in the DPA.
07Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active plus the statutory minimum; analytics are retained in aggregate.
