The rules for using FirstSeen — plans, acceptable use, and the limits of what we provide.

01Agreement
These terms govern access to FirstSeen products, the API and MCP server, and the free tools. By using them you agree to them.
02Plans & billing
Signal is billed monthly; Intelligence and Exclusive are billed annually and invoiced. Prices are as stated on the pricing page. Annual plans do not auto-renew without a renewal conversation.
03Acceptable use
You may use FirstSeen outputs for your own commercial intelligence, research and integrations. You may not resell raw feeds, attempt to re-identify individuals, or use the data to target people. There are no people in it.
04Data & no PII
FirstSeen provides infrastructure facts derived from public sources and contains no personal data. See the Data page for provenance and opt-out.
05Availability
We aim for high availability and publish a status page, but the service is provided as-is without an uptime warranty except where an Intelligence or Exclusive agreement states otherwise.
06Termination
You may cancel per your plan. We may suspend access for breach of acceptable use. On termination your account data is deleted after the statutory minimum.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Amsterdam.
